If you are in your 30s or 40s and looking to get back into playing some ball, you’ve found the right spot. We run casual, midweek pick-up games every week in Douglas for lads who want a runout without any of the usual hassle.

What We Are About

You want recreational, stress-free football where all skill levels are grand.

When and Where?
📅 When: Every Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00 PM.
📍 Where: Nemo Rangers GAA Club, Douglas (on the all-weather astroturf pitches).
⚽ Who: For the 30s and 40s age bracket. All skill and fitness levels are grand.
🍻 The Vibe: Nothing overly serious. Just a good way to get an hour of exercise, have a laugh, and head for the occasional pint after the whistle.

You Have to Join the Discord to Play
We don’t use WhatsApp to sort out the matches because the group chats just turn into a mess. Everything from tracking numbers to sorting the teams is handled properly through Discord.

How to join:
It takes a minute. Discord will ask you for an email address to set up your account, but no one else in the soccer group can see it, so it’s entirely private.

Casual Pick-Up Football: Play When it Suits You
This is purely recreational pick-up football, not a league. There are no season fees or fixed commitments. You can play every single week or just pop in once a month whenever it suits your schedule.
