Nothing too serious, just a great way to get some exercise, have a laugh and some occasional pints. Play as often or as little as you like.

If you’re over 35, we play every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 PM on the all-weather astroturf pitches at Nemo Rangers GAA Club in Douglas, Cork. It is a central location easily accessible from the city, Rochestown, and Carrigaline.
This is strictly recreational, non-league soccer. We focus on fitness, socialising, and having a laugh. It is perfect for lads in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who want to play without the pressure/hassle/commitment of a competitive league or the risk of aggressive tackles. For leagues check garrdyduff.

The cost is €6 per game. This fee covers the pitch rental at Nemo Rangers and the maintenance of group equipment (balls and bibs).
We are a cashless group to make things easier for organisers. All payments are made via Revolut (using our group Revtag). You’ll find the payment details inside the Discord group once you sign up.
Absolutely! Most of our members are “getting back into it” after a long break. The pace is casual, and the atmosphere is supportive. It’s a great way to improve your cardio at your own pace.
Astro boots, trainers/runners or rubber studs. Anything else is not permitted on the pitches for safety and maintenance reasons.
